How do I place an order?

To place an order, first select the items you want in the webshop, then fill in the information about shipping and invoicing and then press “Place Order”. Before you pay, you will be able to see the total cost of your purchase and any VAT and shipping costs. Note that any potential card fees will only appear when you go to the payment page.

If you are already a customer and have created a personal account, please log in, as your shipping and invoicing information will be stored here for future purchases.

How do I know my order has been completed?

Once your order has been completed, you will automatically receive a receipt for the purchase on your screen and via e-mail. The receipt is a confirmation that we have received your order. Once the transaction has been approved by us, you will receive an email with an order confirmation and invoice for your purchase. In the e-mail you will receive a track and trace link, so you can follow the progression of your order after it has been packed and shipped from the warehouse.

If you have completed an order but have not received an order confirmation immediately after your e-mail, it may be because the order has not been completed or your e-mail address has not been entered correctly. Otherwise, the order confirmation may have gone into the ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folders in your mailbox.

Can I only order online?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order by telephone or e-mail or equivalent. All purchases must be made in our webshop online at www.keepitsimplestupid.dk

How do I cancel or change my order?

For security reasons, we cannot withdraw more money than the amount you have shopped for after completion of a purchase at www.keepitsimplestupid.dk. Therefore, once your order has been confirmed and you have received an order confirmation by e-mail, it is not possible to add items or change your order.

If you wish to buy more items, please make a new purchase in the webshop.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please refer to the “Return” section below.

Account creation – is it necessary to create an account to make an order?

No – it is not necessary to create an account to make purchases on www.keepitsimplestupid.dk

If you choose to create a personal account, you will be able to find the following information by logging into “My Account”:

  • Delivery and invoicing information
  • Current and previous orders
  • Your e-mail address
  • Password for the account


You have the option of changing your saved information or deleting your account at any time.

How do I track my order?

You will always be updated on your order status by e-mails sent in connection with the purchase and shipping of your order – whether or not you have created an account with us.

By logging in to your account, you will be able to follow the processing status of your order on our website. This will not be possible without a valid login.

The item is out of stock – can I order in advance?

It can happen that some items are out of stock for a time. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make an advance order for an item that is out of stock, but you are very welcome to contact us so that we can tell you when we expect the item to be in stock again.


What payment options do I have?

Payments on www.keepitsimplestupid.dk can be made by payment card or via PayPal.

I purchase from a non-EU country and do not have to pay Danish VAT – what should I do?

All prices of products and shipping costs on www.keepitsimplestupid.dk are stated in DKK (in Danish) and Euro (in English) and include 25% VAT. This is automatically added to the prices in the webshop.

For sale to non-EU countries, the VAT is automatically deducted before acceptance of the purchase in the webshop.

Is it safe to pay online?

All payment information is treated confidentially. No information about the payment is saved after it has been completed. All payment information at www.keepitsimplestupid.dk is encrypted between your computer and PBS (the banks’ payment service) with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that neither KISS keep.it.simple.stupid. ApS nor any third party can read your payment information. It is therefore completely safe to shop in our webshop.

What does the shipping cost?

The shipping cost varies from country to country. The total shipping cost can be seen in the webshop before the purchase is completed.

For countries for which www.keepitsimplestupid.dk does not offer free shipping, the buyer pays all delivery and shipping costs – and any applicable customs charges and taxes connected to the purchase.

The shipping cost depends on the destination, weight and volume, and is added to the purchase price which includes VAT for purchases within the EU and excludes VAT for purchases outside the EU. The shipping cost is shown separately during the purchase process.

Unless otherwise agreed between the purchaser and www.keepitsimplestupid.dk, it is KISS keep.it.simple.stupid. that selects the shipper to the delivery address specified by the purchaser.

What is the shipper’s responsibility as regards delivery?

The basic shipping price only covers delivery to the curb. Therefore, it can be a good idea to check how your shipper can assist you in getting large items of furniture delivered indoors. If you are not home at the estimated time of delivery, it can also be a good idea to contact the shipper to make a more detailed agreement on the place of delivery (for example, in your garage or with a neighbour). Note that such an agreement will always be at your own risk.

Once you have completed your purchase in the webshop, the shipper will appear in your order confirmation.

How long is the delivery time for my purchase?

Orders received on weekdays before 12.00 noon (Danish time) are dispatched from stock on the same day. With orders made after 12.00 noon (Danish time) – or on weekends – the item is shipped from stock on the following working day.

Depending on the destination, delivery usually takes place within the following number of working days. These delivery times are indicative and may vary.

  • In Denmark – 1 day (day to day)
  • Outside Denmark – 2-8 days


Can I return my purchase?

If you want to use your right of cancellation, you must return the product within 14 days of receipt.

Prior to the return, be sure to let us know at webshop@keepitsimplestupid.dk

For complaints, you have 24 months’ warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

How can I return my purchase?

  • Please fill in the return form
  • Pack the product as you received it – with cancellation of purchase, it shall be returned in its original packaging
  • Include the return form and a copy of the purchase invoice inside the package

When will the purchase sum be refunded?

Once the warehouse has received the package, they will process the case as soon as possible. The money will be returned to the payment card used for the purchase.

Can I change to another item?

Unfortunately, we have no option to change to another item. If you want to change an item for another type item, for example a different colour, please return the item as specified under “How can I return my purchase?” You are welcome to order an item again in our webshop www.keepitsimplestupid.dk
